During this period, it became clear that business violates several vital food handling guidelines.

Unfortunately, Tshwaku, who appears in a safety inspection outfit, points to the blackened oil where the chips are fried while others are prepared.

“So you change this thing after a month? They change this oil after a month! And our kids eat these things?” we hear people say.

Another official points out the imminent danger the establishment poses to workers and customers in the event of a disaster.

“Now, if, God forbid, there’s a fire, here’s the main (electric) power here. There’s no fire extinguisher. The (electrical box) isn’t even covered.”

Then, Tshwaku asks one of the workers to stop frying because they are closing the establishment.

At the same time, officials exclaim in surprise at the woman’s lack of personal protective equipment as she removes a large fry basket from the dark frying oil with her bare hands.
