The representative members of Real Madrid approved all items discussed during the 2024 Ordinary General Meeting, which was held in person and virtually online at Real Madrid City basketball pavilion. As a result, they virtually unanimously supported the club president’s administration. Florentino Pérez and its Board of Directors, approving the accounts for the 2023/24 financial year, the 2024/25 budget and the membership contributions for the 2025/26 season.

The meeting took place in the presence of the club president. Florentino Pérez; the vice president Pedro Lopez and all members who have requested to attend.

Resolutions proposed to the Ordinary General Meeting:
SECTION TWO. Approval of the liquidation of the budget, annual report, balance sheet and profit and loss account of the Club, in addition to those consolidated with the beneficiary company, corresponding to the 2023/2024 financial year.
The result of the 1,799 votes cast is as follows: 1,790 votes for, 7 against and 2 abstentions. This means that 99.5% of the votes are in favor.

POINT THREE: Approval of the Consolidated Budget of Revenue and Expenditure and the Project of Activities for the 2024/2025 financial year.
The result of the 1,784 of votes cast is: 1,776 votes for, 4 against and 4 abstentions. This means that 99.5% of the votes are in favor.

ARTICLE FOUR. Approval of contributions for the 2025/2026 season.
The result of the 1,795 of votes cast is: 1,747 votes for, 26 against and 22 abstentions. This means that 97.3% of the votes are in favor.
