A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for a man known to frequent the Orillia area.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Team is asking for the public’s help in locating a federal offender who has violated his statutory release.

Kevin Okrah is described as a black man, 26 years old, 6 feet one inch tall, 186 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Okrah is serving a sentence of five years, eleven months and 20 days for:

• Two counts of robbery – use of a restricted/prohibited firearm
• Aggravated assault
• Intentional disguise
• Possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm/ammunition
• Possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
• Two counts of failure to comply with the order – at large

Okra is known to frequent Ottawa, Toronto, the Durham region, Orillia in Ontario, as well as the Laval region in Quebec.
