On Monday, Chan will lead a delegation of around 110 members to Riyadh, the Saudi capital, for three days, as part of Hong Kong’s efforts to tap emerging markets.

Chan said half of the delegation members were from the I&T sector, some of whom represented start-ups, amid the Gulf state’s desire to encourage cooperation for economic projects.
