The therapy and healing center will be located in an agricultural complex near the main residence, the Local Democracy Reporting Service reports.

It is not yet known when the work will be completed.

The application stated: “Dating back to the 1800s, the Tithe Barn has suffered numerous damages and repairs over its life, including a phase of re-roofing in the 1960s.”

He also said: “The barn is believed to have been empty and redundant for around 30 years.”

The entire estate comprises approximately 68 acres of parkland, 303 acres of arable land, 59 acres of pasture and 186 acres of woodland, surrounding the 22 acres of Georgian house grounds.
