Massive OnePlus 13 leak just revealed everything about the phone

At this stage, it is common for the OnePlus 13 will be launched in China tomorrow. Obviously, we’d get the full specs of the phone at launch, but Chinese telecommunications authority TENAA (similar to the Federal Communications Commission in the US) recently shared a near-complete specs list. Since it comes from an official agency, this is information you can take at face value.

According to the certificateThe OnePlus 13 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and will come with a 4.1GHz processor and a 6,000mAh battery. We already knew most of these details from previous leaks, but it’s good to see them confirmed.

The screen measures 6.82 inches, with a resolution of 1440p and a refresh rate of 120Hz for smooth videos and animations. The front selfie camera measures 32 MP, while the main, ultra-wide, and telephoto lenses on the rear each measure 50 MP.

As for memory, the OnePlus 13 starts with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, but can go up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The battery will also support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, once again confirming several rumors we’ve heard before. What’s more interesting is that the OnePlus 13 also supports external batteries and it has a charging puck with additional cooling features.

The phone measures 162mm by 76.5mm by 8.5mm and weighs just 213 grams, or just under half a pound. Based on this size, the OnePlus 13 seems thinner than the OnePlus 12but has smaller glasses.

The funny thing about this confirmation is that almost all of these specs were leaked in advance by various insiders. At this point, the OnePlus 13’s hardware isn’t much of a surprise. What we don’t know is how well or smoothly the OnePlus 13 will perform. Based on previous iterations, this will be one heck of a phone, but anyone outside of China will have to wait until 2025 to find out.
